How do I search for an artwork? Please make use of the search function (top right of each page).

Can I purchase a gift voucher? These are available to purchase in different denominations by clicking here

What are the sizes for each artwork? This is stated with each product listing.  In most cases the finished size of the framed piece (outside edges) will be specified along with the size of the image.

Will my purchased artwork look the same as what I can see on my computer screen?  How artwork looks on your computer screen may be quite different to how it looks in real life as a printed work on photo paper.  Most computer screens are not calibrated for colour so you may be seeing the colours in an image incorrectly, along with contrast & saturation.  Janyne is a master printer and in general the finished product will look somewhat better!

Do you sell digital images?  Janyne prints all off her own fine art photography and it is not available to purchase as a digital file.

Artwork and Order Timing Details

I need an item urgently as a gift, can you help?

As a general rule, most items bought on this website will need to be ordered specifically for you - refer timing details below. However, if you need a print or framed picture urgently we do hold some in stock - please email Janyne for more information.  These items can be picked up from our Ranfurly gallery or shipped.  

    How long will my order take?

    For framed work:

    Please allow 2 - 2 1/2weeks for processing, printing & framing. A pickup option from our Ranfurly gallery is available Otherwise shipping will add additional time of 2-3 working days.

    For unframed, unmounted prints:

    Please allow 1 - 1 1/2weeks for processing and printing.  A pickup option from our Ranfurly gallery is available. Otherwise shipping will add additional time of 2-3 working days.

    What sort of photographic papers do you use?

    SEMI GLOSS PHOTO PAPER: The artwork is on smooth pearl photo paper which has a light sheen.
    MATT FINE ART PAPER PRINT: The artwork is printed onto a thick matt art paper (like untextured watercolour paper)
    TEXTURED MATT FINE ART PAPER: The artwork is printed onto a thick matt art paper that has a subtle texture.
    METALLIC GLOSS PHOTO PAPER: The artwork is on high gloss photo paper with a metallic finish.

      Can I choose a different frame or matt for my print?  Our framing and matt board options have been carefully chosen to complement the print.  Each listing details the options that are available.  If you have something different in mind, please email janyne@janynefletcher.co.nz and we can discuss your ideas.

      Will UV light affect my artwork?   We use the highest quality light fast inks and materials but over a period of time UV light will degrade any printed product.  It is important to keep the artworks out of direct sunlight as much as possible.  If you are concerned about colours fading it is often a good idea to request UV Conservation Glass.

      How much does shipping cost?

      • PICKUP:  Pickup option from our Ranfurly Gallery is available.  All items can be picked up.
      • SOUTH ISLAND SHIPPING:  Current rates for a tracked courier are $20 - $50 per item and shipping takes around 1-3 working days.
      • NORTH ISLAND SHIPPING:  Current rates for a tracked courier are $30 - $70 per item and shipping takes around 1-3 working days.
      • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING : International shipping is available on most products on this website but shipping will need to be worked out on an individual basis & processed manually depending upon your location. Please contact us with your order summary & shipping address and Janyne will email you back with the shipping cost. If you decide to proceed, the order can be processed manually over the phone with credit card, bank transfer, or Paypal.  Often it is best for artworks to be sent overseas as rolled photos as this is often much more cost effective. 

      What if my artwork gets damaged?  If your artwork arrives damaged then we will print and send a replacement at no extra charge. Please keep all the packaging and email us for more information if your artwork has arrived damaged.
